3. AI Processing & Facial Data

• Alterra AI uses internally developed AI models (no third-party AI providers)

• Any facial data comes only from images you upload

• We do NOT use facial data for identification, tracking, or any other purpose

• We do not use user data to train our AI models

4. Data Retention

• User-generated content (images, videos) is stored for no longer than 7 days

• You may delete your content at any time within the app

• After the retention period, data is automatically deleted from our servers

You can request deletion of your data or account by:

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Alterra AI may offer:

• One-time purchases

• Subscription-based services

All payments are processed through the app store (Google Play), and we do not store your payment information.

7. Advertising & Tracking (ATT)

• We may use attribution and analytics tools that involve tracking technologies

• Where required, we request user consent via App Tracking Transparency (ATT) or similar mechanisms

• You can control tracking permissions through your device settings

8. Children’s Privacy

• Alterra AI is not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region)

• We do not knowingly collect data from minors

• If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it
