• We do NOT sell, share, or store face data beyond necessary processing

• User data (including uploaded images) is retained for no longer than 7 days

• Users may delete their content at any time within the app

• Data is automatically deleted after the retention period

• Using the in-app settings option, or

Upon deletion:

• Associated data will be permanently removed within a reasonable timeframe

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Alterra AI may offer in-app purchases and subscription services. Payments are processed through Apple and we do not store payment information.

7. Children’s Privacy

Alterra AI is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or applicable minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

We comply with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

Users will be asked for permission before any tracking occurs.
